Employee with many position in one company

 Hi,
 I want to set up position but my question is :
 Let's say that, person name: A has position Finance manager and also has position Commercial manager 
When i create the employment in HR (enter and maintain=>Fill last name and assign position, the system doesn't
allow me to assign one person with 2 position.

Anybody know about this point? Please kindly advise.
