Transaction handling code upgrade

Hi

We have upgraded to 12.1.3. We wanted to understand how transaction handling codes setup for EDI in 11i for payments are upgraded in R12.1.3. Are the seeded ones which are expected to get upgraded? Any hints would be greatly appreciated
