CA PAY: Deduction Element Not Working

Greetings,


I created a deduction element that is pre-tax and reoccurring. I mimic another deduction element that was similar to the one I was creating. When I run a quickpay, I do not see the deduction element. An assignment set was created and the deduction worked. Why is it not working when I run a quickpay?
