Correcting production through a batch

How is everyone handling production corrections that need to go to a specific product? Example: chemical manufacturing, tank is empty, system shows 10,000 gal still on hand. These 10,000 gal were consumed, I need to get them to the finished product. Currently, we are consuming in a batch with a decimal dust output. This worked great with PPAC. Now that we are using PMAC, I am getting huge costs on my FG unit cost, ($100 matl output to .001 gal = $100,000/gal) which I should based on how PMAC works. I then go back and make any cost adjustments necessary.
