JoinFieldValue User's Region

Background: The region field in the User Detail Menu has the most updated region of particular users. This User Detail Menu also has a lot of information that is correct that I wish to pull from.

Question: Can I use the JionFieldValue function to pull this regions value? Can you help me with the expression? If I can't use the JionFieldValie function, what are my other options?
