Direct Deposit for HSA Account?

Has anyone setup the HSA contributions to be distributed as a Direct Deposit? The HSA is a pretax deduction during payroll, the finance group wants payroll to deposit the information via direct deposit, but I dont see a way to do this with standard setup unless there is something on the AP side perhaps?
