F06156 and F07186 records not created

9.0.  In our 47th payroll of the year we had multiple payrolls that did not update history correctly.  It was too erratic to determine a pattern.  Example of one payroll:  One employee tax records did not get updated to the F06166, one employee's single accrual did not get updated to the F0719, approximately 25 F06156 out of 100 records did not get created and approximatley 15 F07186 records did not get created.  Has anyone else had this issue?
