Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Order Management - EBS (MOSC)

When we try to create sales order having specific prize list it shows model and unit not present in

Though the model and unit present in prizelist,

still system shows error message, model and unit not present in Prizelist..

This stuck all sales order to process..

Can anybody help us in this case.
