Regarding Oracle Certificate issued

Hi,

Recently I did two Oracle Certifications, I got the certificate a week back. But the name of the certification is wrong. Whom should I contact to get the correct certificates. I once mailed to my local oracle center requesting for an information but i did not get any reply from them. Please let me know who could take steps to ensure that I get the correct certificates.
