Unable to add change order resosns to existing reasons list of values.

Hi,

 While creating a change  Order in Oracle Project management, the change order reason is  needs to be seleted, as a standard functionality. But how do i add additional reasons to the existing list.

Can someone help me, where can i define the change order reasons in Oracle project management.
