PO receipt and billed but not deliver,any report to show these type of transaction?

Hello
I set the option routing INSPECTION.

I created a PO and receipt.It will hit
Dr receiving inspection
Cr Inventory AP accrual

Is there any report to see how much PO standing at this level which are still not delivered to inventory(Receiving transaction) and but are billed?
