How to Perform Automate WIP Completion in WMS and Manufacturing Enabled Organization

Hi,
I want to ask, is there is an API or interface in EBS 12 to perform automatic WIP Completion and already allocate destination/putaway subinventory using WMS Putaway rules from WIP Completion....
