6140 controller B failed,after replace ,the new controller can't access,the code is 88,

HI:

   i have a 6140 array,recently controller B failed ,after replace the controller B use CAM,the new controller doesn.t work,the code is 88,and the new controller's ethernet port isn't work,so i can't put the controller from offline to online,any one got an idea? thank you.
