Receipt Batches Form and Transaction Batches form in AR is giving error ORA-01403 on opening

Hi,

Whenever I'm trying to open Receipt Batches Form (ARXRWMAI) and Transaction Batches Form (ARXTWMAI) in AR I'm getting following error:

ORA-01403: no data found

--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.

Any idea what might be causing this issue?
