Enterprise manager agent performance

On a newly upgraded Oracle 11g database I am seeing a top CPU consumer in the module emagent_AQMetrics (action is DEQ). I cannot seem to find much data on what this is and how to disable it.

Does anyone have the same issue? How did you resolve it?
