One-Time Address Validation

Is there a way in iProcurement to add one-time Address Validation?

Currently when we select Enter One-Time Address during the Checkout Process in iProcurement, it brings up one text box that a user enters the entire address in.  I can see that I could personalize the screen, and show more fields to potentially give the users address1(attribute1), address2(attribute2), city(attribute3),state(attribute4),postal code(attribute5) but then where would the validation be?  users would be able to enter anything they wanted.  Is there a more user-friendly way of doing this?
