List of issues upgrading from Oracle databse 10g to Oracle databse 11g

We are in the process of upgrading our Oracle database from 10g to 11g.  I am looking for any issues that people ran into during the upgrade.  Recompiling the packages, triggers, etc.  And also any information on changes to ODP.Net.
