a datapump export job is best done using what kind of Windows Server 2008 R2 OS user?

Is an "ordinary" local user (no admin credentials allowed!) in the ORA_DBA group with "logon as batch job" sufficient?  Even that will require proof by security that such an approach is necessary.   If so Will the database control/OEM GUI allow this to work or do I have to create a script and schedule it via tha AT command?
