SVM potential issues with SC 3.1 when patch 145899-06 applied

Hi All,
We have an ongoing issue that we wanted to bring to your attention in case you still running SC 3.1.
Cluster node can lose metaset information when patch 145899-06 applied. Backing out the patch
effectively resolves the problem. SC 3.2 or above is not impacted.
