custom column and URL prompting

in CRM On Demand - Reports and Dashboards (MOSC) Question
I’ve created a report where I have a column which I’ve created via a case statement.  Now I want to use a URL prompt to filter on that value, but I don’t know what the variable name is so I can reverence it.  Any Suggestions?
