Windows 2008 R2 support for Mgmt and SSSE setup

Hello All,

Requesting your help in and confirmation on OS Support for below product features

As per SRSP for v8.1 which is available at the moment – updated on Oct 2011:

Siebel Management Server :

Platform Siebel Management Server is supported
on Microsoft Windows 2008 with
compatibility mode.

Supported Server Operating Systems for SSSE :
Server Operating System
Microsoft Windows 2003 Server
Microsoft Windows 2008

Customer requirment : In the process of upgrading to siebel 8.1.1.6 on Windows 2008 R2

Is Windows 2008 R2 also supported also supportive for above two product features ?
