Getting errors while importing appliance downloaded from oracle site

Experts,

I have Virtualbox 4.1.6 installed on my system and already running one vm (oracle linux 5, customized). I am trying to import another vm but getting below error.

Failed to import appliance \OracleVM\Oracle11gr2\Oracle_Developer_Days.ova.

Could not create the clone medium 'C:\Users\vnarang\VirtualBox VMs\Oracle Developer Days\Oracle Developer Days-disk1.vmdk' (VERR_GENERAL_FAILURE).

Result Code: VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (0x80BB0004)
