Unexpectred error occurred during Tax Calculation

Hi All,
We encountered an error while validating an invoice. See the error message below:

Error Message: Unexpectred error occurred during Tax Calculation. Exception: The Tax Recoverable/Liability account has not been setup for either tax rate or the account source tax rate. Please enter it using the Tax Rate Accounts window.(TAXRATE+INVAT-SVC DEF)(SOURCE_TAXRATE=INVAT-SVC DEF R). Please correct the problem or contact your System Administrator.


Please help me.
