inventory transaction distribution issue

hi,

we had ORA-20100: File l0087115.tmp creation for FND_FILE failed. today as an error that affected payable accounting process and cost manager. when the issue is resolved the payable accounting process was resolved too.
but in inventory another problem arose.
from material transactions form when i query the transactions that had a problem this morning they appear to have no distribution lines. i checked mtl_material_transactions table for those transactions id and they do have distribution account.

what is the problem please?
