E1 Updgrade Oracle Database

Hi:I need your help. I'm planning a server migration for E1.
Actually I working on Oracle Database 10.2.0.5 over Windows 2003 SP2.
I will like to upgrade to Oracle Database  11.2.0.2 over Windows 2008 R2 or Linux.
My E1 Service Pack is 8.98.3.1.
Where I could find information with a list of considerations to take in account to upgrade?
Ex, Do I need updadre Service Pack, ESUs, ASus, etc.
