Error when Loading Data through Outline Load Utility

 HelloI try to load data txt in my application but I've got an error.

Hyperion Planning 11.1.2

CMD
OutlineLoad.cmd /C /A:TST_HIE /S:XXX.XX.X.XXX /U:admin /I:C:\DATALOAD_TEST_TEXT.txt /D:Account /L:C:\DATALOAD_TEST_TEXT.log /X:C:\DATALOAD_TEST_TEXT.exc


DATALOAD_TEST_TEXT.txt
Account,aText,Data Load Cube Name,Point-of-View
