Oracle database links

Oracle 10g. Windows 2003 server.

Is there a way to monitor the dblinks? We have dblinks to Oracle database, to/from MS sql servers. Sometime, dblinks are very slow. I'd like to know if there's a way to monitor or trouble shoot the dblinks.
