Automatic debit memo creation failed for the receipt

 I am looking for some insight on this error.  I have search and thought i figured it out but:  I thought is was because we did not have a receipt when when did the FTS transaction.  I read another thread that not having a receipt will not affect this.  The error states i need to create a Debit Memo manually.  I can not seem to locate where and how to perform this task if indeed this is what i need to do to fix this issue.  Also, is not having a receipt the reason i am receiving this error?I have
