Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. OTL Rotation Plans

How do you end-date a rotation plan in OTL, when that rotation plan has been used in the past?

Example:

Joe has Rotation Plan A assigned to him from 01-JAN-2009 through 30-JUN-2009. Nobody else has Rotation Plan A assigned.

I want to end-date Rotation Plan A on 31-DEC-2009, but I am unable to because it is assigned.
