Firmware Upgrade on SAN unit

    I would like to know if I need a Firmware upgrade to the Hitachi 9980 that is 9 years old.

      Could you check and see if we can upgrade the Firmware on The Hitachi 9980 SAN.

        The SERIAL No. is 10466

        The current Firmware Version is
              
                             Main:   21-14-56-00/00
                             SVP:    21-14-21/00
                             Server: 03-12-00

       
    Also I would like to know how to shutdown the Hitachi 9980.  We are going to shutdown all the power in the Computer Room.   I think that only a SE can shutdown and power up the SAN.
