How do I run the Standard report Account Analysis in Report Manager?

 I created the concurrent program with XML output, but whenever I choose it from the LOV, I get error:  An Unexpected error has occured.  Please contact your System Administrator.

There are a few reports under Standard Report Submission in Report Manager.  Whenever I choose any of them from the LOV, I get the same error.  What does this mean?
