Appointment Status

I’m trying to figure out a way for an Appt Status to mark “Completed” if the date is in the past.  Currently, the status doesn’t change even though the appt shows up in the “Completed Activities” Related Info.  I thought it might be because the status field wasn't visible, but I didn’t see it change after exposing it.

So, my next option is to create a workflow to update the status field when the Appt is in the past.

Based on 'save new Activity', with this condition: Appt Status= 'Scheduled' AND Start Time< Today().

Wait action: StartTime + Duration('P0DT1M')
