How to handle a GL level issue through SLA
We are doing an implementation, where there are three kinds of sales.
1. VAT Sales
2. SVAT Sales
3. VAT Exempted Sales
Its a statutory mandate for the client to show all the three types of sales in the IS (Income Statement / Profit & Loss A/c). How can we manage this situation:
1. Three different GL code (Natural Account) combinations.
2. SLA (Only one GL Code (Natural Account) combination).
If we go for the first option then transaction types, document sequences have to different. As the client has a very extended retail netwrok - numbers of transaction types will run into hundreds and so as document sequences.
