Information about public synonyms?

Hi,

Where do I find information about, for example: '

public synonym STATS$LEVEL_DESCRIPTION

A statspack installation fails because ot old public synonyms (I have dropped perfstat with cascade option). I dont want to rerun the installation multiple times just to find out which public sysnonyms thats already exists.
