Purchase requisition stuck

 Hi all,
 I create pr and then it is running according to hirearchy but unfortunately i forgot to assign person in user while login to approve so pr still
stuck and pending to approve. After i assign person to that user but it still cannot see and cannot approve.

please kindly advise.
