How to prevent Requestors from receiving Inventory Items

Hi,

Is there any way in iProcurement to limit requestors from receiving items with a destination type of Inventory. Please note that I do not want to exclude the receiving function as they should still be able to receive items with a destination type of 'Expense'. If any one is aware of any function security or otherwise that can help me achieve this, it would be great.
