GL_PERIOD_SETS_PKG Missing Required Column

Version 120.10 of GL_PERIOD_SETS_PKG is missing required column PERIOD_SET_ID in the Insert_Row procedure.  This causes error ORA-01400 Cannot insert NULL Column.  This column did exist in the prior version.  This package is called by the FNDLOAD utility in UPLOAD mode in control file glnlsacc.lct.
