Unable to close inventory period cycle.

When trying to close an Inventory accounting Period, the period
 status is stuck in processing and logfile for CSTVWORP shows an WITH WAITON_REQUEST_PVT error.

I can see in mtl_material_transactions table 33 record with error code CST_NO_TXN_DET.

It has cost value  for 0 quantity.

I appericiate any help.
