Opportunity Homepage Report

I want to create a report that will appear on the Opportunity Homepage of each sales manager that will show only the opportunities THEY OWN. I've created and tested a report but it shows all opportunities within the date range specified. In "LISTS" you can use "All records I own" in the record set. How can I do this same thing in reports?
