Depreciation Hangs

Hi Guys,
On December the first my users ran the depreciation process (by closing the period), but by today morning (December 2th) the depreciation process was still running, so I canceled the depreciation and started again, but it has been running since 1 hour and half and it is not ending, I am using EBS 11.5.10.2 and We run this depreciation process every month and we have not found any issue until now. What can I do? Any hint in regarding this issue will be so helpful. Thanks in advance for your help.
