Help required to solve ora 600 [kzctxsap-1]

Hi,

   I found this error in one of our production database ora 600 [kzctxsap-1][], [], [], [], [], [], [], i could not find any document through the error lookup utility.Can somebody help me out in this issue.the following are the trace file details,
