Sol 8 physical sun4u to Sol 10 zone on Solaris 10 (sun4u)

Hi

1)is there a p2v tool that will let me take a solaris 8 server and turn into a Solaris 10 zone running on a Solaris 10 server (migration to new hardware + virtualize + ugrade to Sol 10)

2)is there at least a nice tool I can use to upgrade a Sol 8 branded zone, running on Sol 10, to a Sol 10 zone? This kind of intermediate step is ok.

Solaris 11 is not an option for me. T series servers + LDOMS out of the question too. Trying to avoid considering dynamic domains due to complete lack of experience with it and tight timelines. But I am movning to a M4000.
