Turning off anonymous bind with LDAP directory

We are using LDAP for Database Name resolution with Oracle 10g and 11g clients and databases.  Currently we allow anonymous bind but we have to turn that off.  Can someone provide me with examples of the changes that need to be made with the ldap.ora and sqlnet.ora for both 10g and 11g SQL Net installs (i.e. 10g and 11g clients and database installs)?  I also need some background on how Wallets are setup on the clients/servers?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
