Oracle 11.1.0.6 or 11.1.0.7 for Windows , are these FULL kits ?

We need to install 11g R1 on Windows  for a specific product that is not yet certified with 11g R2

Are 11.1.0.6 or 11.1.0.7 full kits ? Do you need 11.1.0.x prior to installing these releases ?

We recently  installed 11.2.0.2 and this is  a FULL kit , we do not require prior Oracle version to install it, but not sure if  it's the same for 11.1.0.6 or 11.1.0.7 ?

I read the install guide but still not 100% sure .

Any feedback is appreciated
