BI Publisher Desktop - patch/download question

Hello All,

I am brand new to BI/XML Publisher.  I am trying to convert an existing 11.5.10.2 report. 

I am trying to figure out where and how to get the relevant BI Publisher Desktop??

(I apologize in advance for possbily asking an oft repeated question...but I didn't know how to figure out....)

I have MS Word 2003 on my PC and would be connecting to 11.5.10.2 for now (our R12 test/dev instance is in the process....)

Any help would be appreciated.
