Setting the default value of descriptive flexfield segment that's conditional upon the value of anot

Hello,

Under the Receivables "Address Information" DFF, I've created several segments that are supported by a value set consisting of only Y/N values.  Is there a way to default the value of a specific segment to the opposite value of another segment within the same DFF?  In other words, when Segment A equals "Yes," I would like Segment B to default to "No."  This relationship needs to be specific to the customer site for which the values are being entered.  Any help on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
