consume service forecast properly

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hello,

We have service forecast in the system but it wasn't consumed properly.  I believe the reason is we put those sales orders in year 2025.  However, when I moved those orders in the 7 days consumption window, I noticed two things: 1. the order quantity became negative; 2. system still didn't consume those orders.

I wonder if anyone can advise what should I do so that it can be consumed correctly.
