Autoinvoice Import Program getting scheduled multiple times

I have scheduled this program to run every 30 mins. Some times the programs automatically kicks off several auto invoice programs!  Not sure why this happens. This is happening quite frequntly now a days may be once in 3 days but it is not constant and can happen any time. Raised a SR but no help as it is not reproduceable at will.

Please help!   Any information on this is appreciated.
