Upgrade from Oracle EBS 12.0.6 to 12.1.1

 Hi,

One of our clients has Oracle EBS R 12.0.6 (Oracle Financials) on Two Node Oracle 10g R2 RAC with Application Tier on Two Nodes using external Load Balancer. 

They want to implement Oracle HR and before that they are thinking of Upgrading to R 12.1.3 and Database 11g R2.

I would like to know how this upgrade can be planned and the broad steps and need some useful links.
