How can I update contact in service request ?
Hi
I have SR on customer and the contact is "contact of" other customer that have relationship "service provider" with the SR customer.
When I try to change the contact in the Contact / Adderss tab , I got an error : "The contact is not a primary".
The only way to do this is to add the contact to the SR cusromer - This solution not met the bussiness case
How can I update the primary contact of the customer service provider to influence the SR ?
